site cleaned, waiting on the concreters

once again I have been busted by my SS lurking around my house peeping through the windows
Flyscreens are done, site clean done, driveway and render booked in for today, not sure if that will happen with the rain thismorning  hopefully the rain will stay away long enough for them to do it.
The flyscreens look great! cant even tell their there! dissapointed in the screen door. I definatley wont be keeping our screen door on after settlement! ITS SOOOO UGLY!!!!!

i sent my water bill off to my liason who was very helpful and we also discussed the leaky window, SS said hes on to it. Im expecting a phone call next week for a PCI date! so close now!!!

so close.....but yet so far

theres a bit of a leak in my front window! the blinds are wet and the sill is drenched. I contacted my liason on the weekend but havnt heard anything? normallly shes really good at getting back to me so not sure whats happening?
were getting quotes done today for our outback verandah, hopefully its not outragous! weve had a few online quotes and they are all sooo different!
we had a quote for an aluminium shutter for our west facing living window $3500! OMG I could get a beautifull shutter for inside for that with change!!
Things are so much more expensive than I thought they were going to be
snuck a look in the house today while the cleaner was there he wasnt impressed that I let myself in and said something about his insurance? I dont care its my house! all the cornices in the hall and our room have been pulled down?????? looks a mess. stone bench has been fixed, and our carpentry fixout is complete. still no plumbing?, door handles? looks like a lot of little things still need doing.

really wasnt expecting to have our blinds and carpet done this week but once again our great SS is on the ball. you hear so many shitty stories about builders, but I would definatley build through burbank again. I LOVE BURBANK!!! (this week anyway!lol)

Electrical has been done today, I forgot to look at the lights but I noticed the swithches and the power and tv points. Im a little concerned they put the laundry switch next to the sliding door no where near where the washing machine and dryer will sit sometimes I wonder why they dont use common sense?
Im so happy with our garage doors, the surfmist is sooo white! gunna be very hard to keep clean



Ive noticed some d0dgy plumbing today too , any advice would be apreciated.... Is this normal? Do I have a right to complain and have it fixed?
